Fridays workout is a 5k run! Here's the deal... we want you to go for a run. If you know a 5k route: awesome! If you aren't sure, shoot for something that takes you between 20 and 30 minutes! There are a number of running apps on your phone ("map my run," for instance) which can track distance for you. I am less concerned about the actual distance and more concerned about your experience: enjoy the beautiful outdoors. The clean air, the crisp leaves under your feet, the brisk chill that blows past your face. When you come back, you will glow from the experience (and the endorphins!).Most of us haven't don't much running recently. The only way to get better is to get out the door!
